This policy explains what information YesForPropI.com collects and how Restore Leadership ATX uses it. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Restore Leadership ATX.
Summary
- This website has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- If you email us, we use your message only to respond to you and to keep records that the law requires.
Information we collect
Email you send us. If you write to info@yesforpropi.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. An email forwarding service delivers messages sent to this address to an inbox that Restore Leadership ATX manages.
Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. The hosting provider uses this information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify visitors.
Information we do not collect
This site does not use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, tracking pixels or fingerprinting. It loads its fonts, images and code from its own server, not from Google, Facebook or other third parties. It does not ask for or store your name, address, phone number or voting information.
How we use information
- To read and reply to messages you send us.
- To keep the site running and secure.
- To comply with Texas election law and other legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share information only with service providers that run this site and its email forwarding on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
Links to other websites
This site links to county election offices, the City of Austin, the State of Texas and other websites. When you follow those links, the privacy policy of that website applies. We may add links to our social media accounts. If we ever embed content from another website on this site, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep information
We keep email correspondence only as long as we need it to respond and to meet legal record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what email correspondence we have from you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@yesforpropi.com. We will honor your request unless the law requires us to keep the information.
Children
This site is meant for adults and registered voters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We serve this site over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website or email system is completely secure, so do not send sensitive personal information by email.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
